Where: Between Troutman Road and PA Route 29

When: From April 13, 2009 to June 12, 2009

Description: Black Rock Road is being widened between Troutman Road and PA Route 29. Work on the project will be underway between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Lane restrictions will be in place during work hours.
