Description: Aqua Pennsylvania is conducting a utility installation operation along Waterloo Avenue between Lancaster Avenue and First Avenue. Work on the project will be conducted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Waterloo Avenue will be closed during work hours and a detour is posted.
