Municipal Road Work Coordination Program
To promote information sharing and cooperation among municipalities and utility companies for local road projects. To disseminate that information to the public through the internet, as appropriate, for the purpose of relieving congestion and encouraging safe and informed travel in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Two types of information are included in the program:
- Planned construction (advanced notification, TMA pursues information proactively)
- Emergency road closures (municipality takes initiative to inform TMA, TMA reacts promptly)
